Approval Workflow
Request access to the alumni platform.
Students and teachers submit a role-specific registration form. Every account is reviewed in the admin panel before access is granted.
1. Fill in the form and upload a compressed image.
2. Your request is stored in `pending_users` for review.
3. An admin approves the account and assigns the final role.
4. Once approved, your login remains active until you explicitly sign out.
